Case 2: Arm Lift

38 year old female had undergone bariatric surgery, dropped from 288 pounds to 151 pounds. She was unhapphy with her upper arm and breast appearance . She underwent bilateral brachioplasty and breast lift (see breast lift - mastopexy section). The scars are once again placed along the undersurface of the upper arm when in the hands-up position. In my opinion, this is better aesthetically and seems to hold the contour better than the more traditional anteriorly placed incision, in the groove below the bicep muscle.
