Case 3: Arm Lift

This 40 year old female had bariatric surgery and went from 290 to 146 pounds over 15 months. She had bilateral brachioplasty, removing 7.7 ounces of tisse from each arm. The scar in this case is in the more traditional location in the groove between the muscles on the front of the arm, which I think is more visible and allows some recurrence of the sagging. Therefore, I tend not to use this technique now.
