Case 1: Breast Augmentation

36 year old woman with 34 A breasts wanted a large C/small D size. She was 5'3.5" tall and 125 lb. She had not had children. There was some asymmetry of the breast folds and nipple position preoperatively, which is seen postoperatively as well. She had bilateral 390 cc nominal volume saline implants, both filled to 400cc and placed through a transaxillary approach. Her final cup size was a large C.
