Case 1: Breast Lift

This 38 year old female had massive weight loss following bariatric surgery, going from 288 to 151 pounds. She was unhappy with her breast appearance and arm appearance and underwent breast lift (mastopexy) and arm lift (bracioplasty - see arm lift section). The mastopexy was performed with a Wise pattern (anchor scars) and a medial pedicle.
