Case 6: Breast Lift

61 year old woman who had massive weight loss of 105 pounds after bariatric surgery performed about 2 years prior. Although she was interested in numerous procedures to correct some of the sequelae of the weight loss, she decided to go forth with a belt lipectomy and mastopexy. She will probably have additional surgery including brachioplasty and facial rejuvenation in the near future. She is very happy with the results, as shown in these one-year photos.
