Case 1: Breast Reduction

35 year old woman wanted smaller breasts and improvement in some upper back pain and breast pain. She was 5' 9", 180 lb, with 38DD ptotic (sagging) breasts. 630 grams of breast tissue was removed from each breast. She lost about 30 pounds after surgery.
