57 year old female unhappy with her 36DDDD breasts on her 5' 5" 135 pound frame.She had back pain, postural problems, and inability to exercise. 445 grams of tissue removed from the left and 470 gm removed from the right (about a pound each). Postoperatively, she is a B cup.
