Case 3: Breast Reduction

42 year old female desired breast reduction and had associated back pain and bra strap grooving. 5'3", 150 pounds. She was a 38D and wanted to be a B cup. She had 535 gm of breast tissue removed from the right and 470 gm of breast tissue removed from the left. After the surgery she was happy with 36B breasts. However, this illustrates the importance of body weight and breast size - she subsequently lost weight, and later had a breast augmentation to attain C cup breasts.
