Case 1: Ear Pinning (Otoplasty)

18 year old male was bothered by his prominent ears. An otoplasty (ear pinning) was done through a hidden incision behind the ear on each side. This is easily done with local anesthesia in the office for adults and teenagers, while children usually need general anesthesia.
